Assembly

We believe that 21st century literacy is the ability to function in a growing and ever changing society that is based in technology.
According to the World Economic Forum 65% of children entering primary school today will be employed in jobs that do not yet exist. At the same time many jobs which exist today will become automated by artificial intelligence in the future.

We don’t offer any standard curricula for our students or group them based solely on their demographics, as we believe that each student has a different learning style and pace, needs and strengths.
By focusing on their uniqueness, each student decides on their learning path by choosing and mixing up our learning units, based on their specificities.

Instead of training our students, our focus is on their learning experience, by providing a problem, project and fun based approach.
By challenging our students with hands-on projects, we are also pushing them to LEARN TO LEARN, to keep asking questions and to think creatively, in order to skill them up, not only to deal with, but to lead the change under any context in the future.

We believe that positive reinforcement is essential in learning, in a way that our students are motivated to capitalize and reinforce an attitude of dedication, effort and good behaviour.
We acknowledge and empower every step of our their journey with our own gamification system, in which they are awarded new certification titles and points that can be applied in a diverse range of fun and technology-related experiences.

Advanced AI and Robotics could represent a profound change in the history of life on Earth and the world of work is changing as well: according to the World Economic Forum, 65% of children entering primary school today will be employed in jobs that do not yet exist. At the same time many jobs which exist today will become automated by artificial intelligence in the future.

It is impossible to over-prepare for what is coming. Yet, not every person on earth is concerned about it, but a few are.
WE ARE ASSEMBLY, a group of individuals gathered together for one purpose:
To train and prepare the youth for the future, by arming them with the soft skills required to live and excel in a world in continuous change and propelling them to Tech Readiness, in a problem//project//fun-based learning environment.
